Hi, I’m Kirstie and I’m so glad you’re here. Born in Manchester (and having lived in many a place including the states for a year), I’ve returned to the friendliest city I know that I call home.

I’m dog mum to mini daschund, Sprinkle and she’s the light of my life. I’m an eternal optimist and believer in romanticising everyday life. After losing people early in my own life, I’ve learnt the hard way how valuable photos of my family are and how much I wish I had more of them.

Some of my favourite things include a steaming cup of hot chocolate, lazy sundays and freshly bakes sweet treats.

I’m either exploring somewhere new, whether it’s a new country or somewhere in the beautiful UK, or snuggled at home being cosy. I’m a ball of opposites and either craving spontinaety or routiune. When I’m at home I’m creating the cosiest space for myself and either cooking and baking, being crafty, playing a game on the PC or my switch, reading or snuggled with a hot drink movie or show (or researching my next trip).  My social media feed is full of travel and food and that’s pretty much where my brain is most of the time so it makes sense. 

Out in the world you can find me in a coffee shop with a hot chai and sweet treat, on a relaxing walk in nature enjoying being outside or by the ocean. 

My values are very important to me and something I aim to honor in all aspects of my life, especially my work.

every family deserves beautiful photos that feel like them. Every family looks unique and that’s what makes it perfect. Whether you’re a family of biology or choice, one parent, two or three, mums, dads or simply ‘parent’ – you’re safe and welcome here and I will make you feel as safe and represented as possible. I’ll never assume your parental role, gender, sexuality or family unit.

Empowerment:

If you’re currently carrying a baby or have recently given birth, I understand that your changing body might feel different. I’ll do everything I can to make you feel confident and secure around me. If you’re booking a maternity/pregnancy/motherhood session, be assured that I’ll do everything possible to make you feel as intune with your body, confident and beautiful as possible.

Don’t worry about your apperance in the photos because not only will I only give you the best ones, but you deserve to be in the photos too. Too often, only one parent is in the photo because the other is taking it, but now you’ll have pictures that showcase you all.
